Since 2021, Dawn has served on Deb Dana’s Foundations of Polyvagal Informed Practice training team and is currently a Senior Trainer in Dana’s Rhythm of Regulation® Clinical Training Series: The Science of Feeling Safe Enough to Fall in Love with Life. She has provided training in the United States, United Kingdom, and the Netherlands.
At the heart of her practice is Polyvagal Theory—the understanding that our autonomic nervous system guides our behaviors, emotions, and experiences by continually assessing safety and danger. This framework helps clients understand themselves more deeply, as well as their responses to the world around them.
