Kate Thomas, LMFT

Kate Thomas, LMFT
Kate Thomas is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor's Degree from Villanova University. Kate is trained in EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and works primarily with children, teens and families. 

Kate follows a client-centered approach to therapy where she is able to provide clients with a safe therapeutic space that fosters a feeling of openness. Kate's approach to treatment incorporates attachment-based principles and is based on trauma-informed practices such as the Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems (IFS).  Kate is a member of the American Association for Marriage and Family  Therapy and the New Jersey Association for Marriage and Family Therapy.
